I don't know if I would stay here again? In our room 135, the vanity light in the bathroom was broken and the sink and bathroom drains were clogged and drained slowly so we had to take up the broken drains so that the water were drain.... And the toilet seat is not tightly attached. Hot buffet was not available due to Covid, i get that, bit what was offered should have been available, enough food until 10AM. We were only able to get bagels 1 day during our stay.

The Unexpected Visit Their pool is closed While my grandaughter and I were going to sleep people walked into our room with a key The staff put someone else in our room When we checked in I asked for adjoining rooms my daughter and I had my two grandchildren with us So she gave us adjoining rooms just not together Then when I tried checking out this morning the manager couldn’t find us or my reservation I still havent received it yet

Bad I was over charged three times. The room key cards stopped working and I found a toothbrush that was not mine in my room under the couch.

Bad I was there for 3 days and no one came to clean my room I also told them that the light was out and no one came to change it I had a problem checking in it was just horrible Might need to say in another hotel next time

Upsetting Breakfast could have been better and staff Could not come in before check in time, pool was closed , "breakfast included"- only bagels and until 5am people were making noises in the hallway. Housekeeper was knocking the door at 10am to clean the room.
