I have visited La Strada at least once each year; if I stay in Reno at least three nights I dine there twice. The food has always been outstanding as is the service and the atmosphere. I would recommend this restaurant for anyone, whether celebrating a special occasion or just wanting a nice dining experience!

Our server was not attentive to our needs,forgot our wine that was requested and didn't check up on us. Server was so soft spoken you couldn't hardly hear him "Chris " and the restarurant was not even busy at the time we went...5:30pm.
The Mushroom Ravioli is truly exceptional. The Filet was tender and cooked perfectly. The servings were a little on the small side but yet just the right size.
Excellent! The mushroom ravioli are extremity tender, the chicken parmesan is served with creamy polenta. I have had chicken Mattea two times and it is great. Everything is very, very good.
We had the early bird menu served from 5:00-6:00 p.m. It was very good, portions were generous, and the price was amazingly affordable.
We have been to this restaurant in the past and thought it was excellent. This time we were slightly disappointed. The menu seemed to have change (although, it had been awhile since we dined here) and the wine list was overpriced. I had to ask for more sauce for my pasta dish as there was very little on it. Not sure if we will try it again or not.
There is no way to think that you are not important or forgotten at La Strada. Service was some of the best I have had in a long time and extremely polite without being pushy. The food was good, maybe a little less than I was hoping for after reading it was a top 10 in Italian food in the country. That being said it was extremely fresh tasting and still worth the trip. It is a great place to go for atmosphere.
