Requested a table in a quieter location due to hearing issues. The table was right next to where everyone comes out of the kitchen and next to a weird closet area that the servers and everyone kept going in and out of. Right in the line of traffic and congestion and right beside a table of over 12. Then we noticed 3 men come in dressed in logo t-shirts get a table on a corner away from everything. We went here for the first time for my wife’s birthday. We are local and I had clearly put the special occasion in the reservation. Neither the hostess nor the server acknowledged our special occasion at all. When I spoke to the manager after, she offered us a piece of cake at the hostess stand. I told her if they are truly ranked Top 10 Italian restaurants in the nation, they should be much better and she said she would speak to the staff. When our family of 4 arrived we were greeted by a friendly host and seated quickly per our reservation. Don’t bring a gift card visa that did not accept anywhere in the Reno row from shopping, eating,paying hotel bills, They did not say the truth about accepting, check before checking in, called Reno executive office for a answer still nothing I will keep trying They could of had some sign before being embrassed . Sorry food was not worth the price Next time I go I will eat outside restaurant not casino. . Very disappointed
The host and the women that walked us to our table was very rude and not attentive. We stood in front of the host for a while. The host and the women who walked us to our table were gossiping and not paying attention to us.

Where do I start? First the bread came and it was a weird mishmash of bread types thrown in. This included hot bread and grisini which resulted in moisture seeping into the grisini making it damp and inedible. We had the fried artichoke starter which I could not eat. The taste was a combo of chalk and cardboard. The artichokes were not cooked through which left them hard and straw like.
