At this time, service seems to be at an all time low everywhere, La Strada included. Realizing that the staff appears to be practically running, they must be very understaffed and service was incredible lacking. No water refills, long waits for cocktails and dinner, incredible wait for our bill and a snippy waiter. No doubt totally stressed out. Without going into a lot of detail, I'd recommend waiting to go here until they are able to return to full staffing.

Had gone after a comedy night to celebrate a friends birthday. Our reservation was for apparently right when they closed. We heard waiting staff and the kitchen make comments about how we and another group had to show upright before they closed. They asked about our occasion and did nothing.. overall it was disappointing.

Drinks were terrible. Dinner was not worth the $25 price tag per plate. My entree was hot but no flavor or sauce of any kind. We sent the drinks back but they were still not made correctly. Will not be back. Only plus was the service was amazing. Staff is excellent!!

I took my son to LaStrada for his 20th birthday and I’m wishing we had made reservations somewhere else. My sister‘s and my son’s meals were cold. They cooked my son another meal as he chose the $52 lamb chops and we were not going to except a cold and sloppy plate. My sister kept her ravioli as she was too hungry to send them back and wait for a new meal. Our waiter brought to go boxes before my son even received his re-fired meal! Well, This is our third supper dining experience at La Strada and we were greatly disappointed. We were greeted and seated in a friendly and timely manner, but beyond that — the waiter was in experienced and my expensive & recommended chicken “Matone” was dry and lacked a well needed sauce. Ordered Canneloni and after a considerable wait we were told it was not available. This threw off the entire Dinner.

Fish was over cooked and not fresh. Most all the food had way to much salt in it. I question if the fish was really Halibut!!!
