Our waitress was wonderful ! The lighting over our table was too bright. The Manager that inquired about our experience walked away when we asked a question she did not like or want to answer. We were told that the lounge was not open to more than one customer prior to our dinner as the Bartender was training someone new. My Risotto was undercooked! My husbands meal was okay.

Great experience...even had a picture taken with the head chef! The food quality, service and atmosphere were all fantastic! Definitely a go to place when in Reno!

Ordered a pizza as an appetizer, the only value of the whole pizza was the sauce. The cheese was hardly melted… and the crust was very doughy, tried to find the server to inform, but he was no where to be found. The busser was the only one that was truly on top of his job, always kept water refilled and was very attentive. We both ordered pasta that took over 45 minutes to arrive, when trying to hunt down the server to get an ETA, he was no where to be seen. We were seated in an unused buffett seating area instead of the restaurant proper. Service was spotty at best having to wait for water and then wait staff to take our order for drinks. Long wait for dinner order to be taken. We were charged for drinks not ordered and the bill had to be redone. All in all for a high ranking restaurant (according to reviews) to provide such poor service made for a very disappointing evening.

The appetizers were good including their “famous” mushroom ravioli. The pasta dishes including the bolognese sauce were disappointing. The bolognese had a weird off-putting taste. I am not returning. Next time, we will try a local spot not in the casino.

The food was dry and over cooked. The lobster dish had a terrible flavor and the pasta was chewy and thick. The mushroom ravioli and fried artichokes were the only palatable items. Extremely overpriced for the quality. Denny’s would have been a better experience. We will never eat at this restaurant again and will never recommend it to family and friends.

I had the Halibut which had to have been frozen. It had a crust completely around it which was very chewy and distasteful !!!! The olives had seeds, and it was very embarrassing to have to take the seeds out of my mouth. My friend had a chicken parmigiana and he told me has we departed "don't ever order that chicken that I order it was tough" !! The only good things were the waiter "Jak", the wine & the coke !!!

Do not eat the chicken parm, very bland and being a chicken parm guy I asked the waiter and was told it is very good. It was bland and had 0 flavor. My wife as of that day (our wedding dinner) got the seafood linguini and the noodles were undercooked and some of the seafood was not the business. We ended up getting Panda Express, far better.

The chicken parmigiana was over cooked and the salmon lacked flavor. Waiter was not very friendly. Dropped and splattered sauce and did not apologize. Not worth the money!
