Great value Check in was a breeze, and they gave me a king room though one was not available online. The room was clean and well laid out with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. For the money, this is my favorite hotel in Blackhawk.

There was no one at the front desk of Lady Luck hotel. Never once could we speak with someone. We used the kiosk to check in the night before. We went to check out in the morning and once again, no one at the hotel desk and both kiosks were out of service. Very inconvenient!!!
