Great price, great stay! The place was in a little rough shape but we were there for a place to sleep. We had fun at the casino for a few hours. It was a little noic=sy through the night but it is a casino! We would recommend for the price and convenience.
There was never a front desk person to check us in it was all done by a kiosk. Also our room was ready before four what an extra $10 was going to be charged if you checked in before four. Not Very nice during the middle of the week with nobody and I mean nobody was there
Great except for checkin and checkout Everything was great except check-in and check-out. The check-in desk was unstaffed and directed you to two kiosks. One was frozen and there was a line behind the other as people tried to navigate the machine. At checkout it was even worse. Neither machine was responsive. I texted the digital concierge and it told me to text it SKIPTHELINE but when I did it gave no response. Totally unfriendly process.
Customer service front desk very friendly and made it easy for us to get rooms.
