the room was not so good asked for raised tiolet didnt get it thouhgt i asked for handicap room the girl that checked us in was kind of rude

Good and clean hotel but breakfast not included and they charged 14$ resort fee for nothing

Just an ok stay. The CheckIn and checkout process is a bit cumbersome. Between parking on right floor and area to having desks in different buildings closed and opened at different times. I spent 30 minutes trying to find a live person to discuss overcharges and Expedia receipt which said I paid all up front and then the hotel charged me about PLUS a holding fee. A big pain. It is a casino so most people are there for that reason. We just needed a place to stay while visiting friends. Was not the easiest in and out location.... read more

A trip just to check in We arrived and had to go to a different property to register. And then drive to the property we were staying at. It was confusing to find where to go to even get to our room. when we were trying to leave, the exit to the garage was hidden by a large pillar with no signage to indicate that the door was back there.
