Elevator invasion I was very disappointed that there was not a hotel clerk. I had to check in through a kiosk which was easy but annoying. Also my room was right next to the elevators and there was no way to change it because there was no hotel clerk. I do not believe the hotel was very full so there was no reason I should’ve defaulted to the room next to the elevator

Hotel was nice, clean, quiet and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Will come back for sure!

Good accommodations, watch out for the mystery fee Everything was fine on the accommodation side, Although a little disappointed they didn’t have the buffet going and the dinner was overpriced for what you got. Also their is a $75 mystery fee on top of the booking I made on hotels.com which was a bummer. Also, hotels.com had said the hotel was 11 miles away from where I needed to be daily. In actuality it was closer to 30 miles of treacherous mountain driving - also a bummer.
