Positive experience Quick check in, easy access to room, very clean. I do wish the cable had worked but I got in late so it didn't matter much. The walls between rooms are definitely thin, you could hear a pin drop next door. Pretty good experience overall though. I will be staying here again.

Was ok No one at front Desk to check in…the 4 days we were there no one was at the check in desk..at all...no security or cameras on the 7th level..in parking ...tried to raise the window for some fresh air and the whole bottom window came out!!!!..no ice on the 7th floor!!!!

The beds were very uncomfortable and there was no ability to regulate the room temp

self check in was not accepting identification card, kind of pain to deal with, but eventually got through it older folks would have a hard time dealing with the system and not willing to stay because of it. overall stay way good
Hotel was not very accommodating never received requests for extra towels and blanket. Never anyone available to help us
