It was great fast check in, clean room, only dislike 11 am checkout prefer 12 wgen i travel.

In these days of Covid rules, the room was clean and I'm assuming sanitized. On your website under amenities, an in room refrigerator was not listed. That kind of information would be helpful especially for those that have medications that need to be kept cool.

Lady Luck check-in was closed so had to walk and walk to check-in at the Isle. No signs to know where you are going so had to stop and ask 3 people. So ended up staying at the Isle for the same price. It made A LOT of sense to have a walk-in shower (no tub) as most of us are older adults. Less chance for an accident. I didn't bring a hair drier as they are usually provided...NOT THIS TIME. Not fun walking around in wet hair not even to mention BAD HAIR DAY. Hello Ann, since I have very limited specific information about your reservation (first name only) I can only assume that your stay was before we posted the many signs that guide our guests between the two properties skywalk/casinos. I'm pleased to hear that you enjoyed the walk-in shower aspect of the room. As for the missing hair dryer, we have one in every room, at the Lady Luck tower they are attached to the wall in the bathroom to the right of the mirror...at the Isle tower they are sitting under the bathroom sink. Great customer service especially the food services. Employees were very helpful and nice. Great room clean and quiet. One thing was the A/C wasnt working, but didnt ruin anything. Just loved my experience.
