It was nice my Hotel room was not ready at 4pm had to wait went back at 4:15 pm room still not ready they gave us a different room but with out the Handicapp roll in shower. I asked for a Tub chair but was unable to use to unstable for my disability other wise the room was great!!

The house keeping personal are very friendly and a good workers, the front desk did not resolve my petition that I need the room to be cleaned and take the trash out they did it the next day but not when I told them to, but the ladies of house keeping were out side of my room and they did help me out a good workers, the other thig I did not like was the buffet is not working like before is working like a regular restaurant I like buffet, and the last but not least the cleanliness of the parking garage needs more work more cl... read more

We were very pleased with our stay, as usual! We were, however, disappointed that they would not give the free breakfast comp that was to be included with our room, even when we showed our booking details.

I checked in a little late. Everybody I talked to were great. The only machine that paid off was the ATM but still had a great time!!

The check in process is terrible. There is no communication of where to check in at since their front desk is shut down.
