Pleasant stay, restaurant was short staffed but did their best to accommodate. Disliked that the hotel check in desk is about a 20 minute walk then you do that walk again to get to your room, when there is a check in desk right where it should be but is closed, likely short staffed. overall great stay tho.

We decided to go a day early. The Lady Luck did not have any rooms available for that night. Instead of having us book a room at their sister property, the Isle, for one night then move they upgraded our room for the entire trip. Staff was friendly. Did NOT appreciate Expedia’s 1AM text on our check out day reminding us that we would need to check out that day. Over all great stay.

The room itself was a decent size, however, the pillows are flat, the beds are uncomfortable, the bathroom door didn’t have a lock on it, and the room was extremely hot no matter what we did to the thermostat.
