Good There was not enough staff offering drinks . I was at a machine for an hour and was unable to get a water or anything . I loved the location. I came out a winner . Yay . The rooms were very nice.

I wouldn't stay there again. One bad experience was enough. We had to listen to the hot water heaters all night. Due to the constant noise we got very little sleep. 3ven with the window open the room was very hot. It was a very miserable night. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and nice.

Business response:

Hi Debbie, thank you for sharing your review. We apologize that your stay was disappointing. We hope that you give us another chance in the future. Thanks, Lady Luck Casino Black Hawk
