Mostly good. Starbucks Employee on IOC Property was Incredibly rude and unreasonable to my wife, to the point of refusing to make her drink right, and threatening to call security. I’m not sure if we will come back because of this unless something is done about it. Room was great.

Good Sorry, I wrote the good and bad above. The room was very nice and clean. The down side, we were not given their WiFi password, no information in the room about amenities, and not told about the different elevators, i.e. closest elevators do not go to hotel rooms, around the corner are the correct ones.

Exceptional Check in counter was closed Very nice room .
Exceptional Called to get extra pillows and the lady was a tad rude. This was like 1a. I know it was late, but they have night shift for a reason. She told us there is a old guy on your floor working, try and catch him. We tried. He was no where to be found. So we called again and she goes, give it 15 minutes because he is old and slow. Nice and comfortable More food choices but I go back to COVID COVID made things different. But facilities were cleaned quite frequently and staff helpful!
