Don’t choose this hotel!!! Heat stayed on even though we turned it off. We could not sleep at all through the night because it was so hot. Actually tried to turn on air to get it to cool down to no avail. Window would not stay open, so had to shove my steel water bottle in window to keep it open. Front desk was not available, so couldn’t change rooms. Rod to hold TP roll on was missing. Shower faucet was broken. Bed was so worn that there was a sinking hole in middle. I would like a refund for our stay the room was not clean cigarette ashes in bathroom the towels were dirty and we're thrown under the bathroom sink the room smelled of cigarettes. I did complain to the hotel staff but since I booked with Expedia third. Party they couldn't do anything

My room was not cleaned when I checked in. I had to go back and forth between the Lady Luck and the Isle of Capri. Thankfully the Isle put me in a room so I didn't have to go back to the Lady Luck. Checking into the Lady Luck was a challenge. With all the Casinos in Blackhawk Colorado the discount at that casino hotel was not worth the trouble.

Easy to check in and out. Self kiosk is cool. The room was dirty, toilet wasn't clean a used towel on the shower rail. Weird stains. The bed gave me a weird feeling. Great value but you get what you pay for I guess..
