Not clean. Location was good. It was good for a basic stay if you are in the room for a little bit, but it wasnt clean. The ceiling in the bathroom had brown gunk on it, shower curtain was piss yellow, and the sheets didnt have all previous dirt cleaned off of it. Also no front desk people to talk to about fees or other money related stuff at check in. Overall very bland and not happy with it. Casino was nice though for what it was and so was the location to the other casinos nearby. We wont be staying here again.

You can hear every little sound from above, next to you and hallway. Every door slams shut and walls are paper thin. Not enough pillows. No staff to check-in or out with.

We get charged twice every time we stay there

Endroit cauchemardesque, des bâtiments de casinos tout en hauteur dans une vallée encaissée. Réception de l’hôtel très difficile à trouver, et personnel invisible. Check-in sur une machine rétive. Chambre confortable, c’est le seul point positif. Avec des enfants, quasi impossible de trouver à manger. Il faut traverser les salles de casinos pour accéder aux restaurants, à moins de se perdre dans les escaliers de service. My child was harassed when we tried to buy tacos in the morning. She was not lingering in the gaming area yet we had to be cleared to leave?

Stay somewhere else Disappointed to say the least. This hotel has made the Covid excuse the new normal. A High price for no amenities, no room service, no housekeeping. God forbid you need more coff
