Where do I begin, first off no one at check in counter (short staff) only a kiosk that only works if your name EXACTLY matches your ID, middle name especially. We then had to walk to a neighboring property to check in. Haul our bags to and from. Got into room and was just fine. Then decided to order to go order at one of the restaurants, ordered and then walked to pick up only to find out that they never checked the online orders , had to wait yet again. It took me over two hours to get someone to come and check me in. They had a kiosk there so we could check ourselves in that DID NOT WORK! There was a phone number that we could call at the casino next door for help which we did call, but the clerk told me they were short of help and he couldn’t leave his station, but that he had called someone in to come in and sign us in. We had to go to another hotel to check in after trying to locate someone to help us. No one at desk the

The check-in counter was closed. There were a couple of automated systems but they were not working. We were required to walk thru the casino into the one next door and thru it to check-in. It took around an hour to do the check-in. Most of the restaurants were closed so not a lot of food options. Our room had at least two small water leaks in the bathroom and it smelled as one would expect.
