When we checked in they gave us a room that was already occupied then the front desk was closed when we came back so we had to walk all the way to the next casino and wait in line for 45 minutes to get another room.

could not check in untill 4 pm. there was no one at the desk. had to go to next hotel, who put us in their hotel, requiring ys to move the car to their parking garage. it was a hassel

No service No one at the front desk, ever. Check in Kiosks were down. First room had no AC , finally got to check in to 2nd room about an hour and a half late.

Sadly, there was hair in the shower that was not mine...the vent was very dusty. The alarm in the room went off at 6:00 a.m. and I did not set it....

Broken machines with frozen multipliers caused fraudulent betting conditions. When I pointed out the defect to technicians, they rudely stated, "I can't help you don't know what you are doing,"

The room was leaking in the bathroom. The T.V was not working. You took all my money. Lol

Was not able to check in due to second card needed on file I purchased a Travelocity insurance to get refunded it looks like it’s a big deal to get my money back don’t know if I’ll be using Travelocity anymore because of this I feel I should be credited the night stay that I did not use last night I paid for this month and advance and I had to stay in my vehicle last night
