Nice room The room was big and clean. We did not know that they do not service your room, unless you ask. There was a young man in the hallway and he gave us everything we needed. Very nice. We would stay again!

Great people We had an amazing stay, check in was at the connecting hotel however we met Matt and Ben right when we got there and they helped us with everything including bringing us a luggage cart. They also helped us during our whole state whenever we saw them. Great people, a huge shout-out to Mat, Ben, Matthew and Colton!!!!

Hotel lobby check in was closed. Phone extension given for help just rang with no pick up. Had to ask multiple employees just passing by what to do. No one had answers. Got lucky when Christopher was just walking by. He helped and told us what was going on. I get short staffed businesses. But, you have to give clear instructions on what to do when there is no one to help out. Also, we did attempt to check in via the automated kiosk.
