The rooms are clean and convenient. Nothing too fancy, but comfortable and so affordable. The staff is kind and attentive.
I was hesitant to book here, based on all the bad reviews, but we had next to no problems. The room was cute, clean and very convenient to walking anywhere. Check in was super easy and the front desk girl was very nice. We needed extra pillows, which were brought to our room in about 30 mins. Our only complaint was the awful bed. So uncomfortable! We stayed two nights and the room wasn’t cleaned. Event was advertised but was nothing like advertised. Closed down early no real games or prizes
Room prices was good. Staff is excellent. Room was clean.
Good place to stay while in the area
It was nice
All went well. Had to check in using the HorseShoe casino and hotel front desk.
