The casino was nice, clean, and well staffed. Room 1: We started our stay in a room next to the elevator. Every time the door opened, there was a loud squealing sound heard in our room. A quick call the the front desk and they happily moved us to a room a few more doors down from the elevator. Room 2: The elevator door squeal was still present but much more quiet and tolerable. Enjoyed our stay. We did try to check in at 3:45 and wanted to charge me extra for 15 minutes. Thought that was kind of ridiculous but did have a good time overall.

Easy self check in and responsiveness from Ivy (we needed more pillows). Could use an extra side chair in the room.
Great
All in all it was a nice comfortable stay. Everything is clean and was safe and quiet. The only complaint I have is we arrived at 2:30 pm- 1.5 hours before the 4:00pm check in - if we wanted to go to our room they charged us a $11.00 early arrival fee- such crap that all these companies make up these “fees” to add on to your bills.
