Beautiful luxary No desk staff after 2 trips back n forth..we're sent across 2 casino floors to sister hotel..horseshoe hotel n casino. Were given room there at same price so not have to haul luggage backb to other hotel. " upgraded" room but lots of hall noise Beautiful rooms..good price Havexstayed here before. Quiet rooms

Exceptional I didn't like the fact that I talked to 2 different agents on the phone and they said That I could get a early check in, When I showed up they said that I could not, And we're a little rude about it, Location

Pleasant I was not able to sleep.there was a barking dog in a bathroom and hear couples slamming doors and have sex. NOT to mention the gentleman at the front desk had a stick up his ass or just not happy to have to deal with customers either way staff should always be treating customers Nice. It's close to work
