Good 1. We only had 3 pillows on our King bed, and for two people that was not enough. We called to get another one, but housekeeping was closed at Lady Luck and we would have had to go get another one at the Horseshoe, not convenient. 2. No luggage rack for our suitcase, very inconvenient! 3. Housekeeping entered our room before checkout time. They knocked, but didn't announce themselves which is pretty common practice.
