Exceptional No one to help at the check on desk. Rooms were not ready by 4pm. Check out at 11 am. The room had a very comfortable bed

It was comfortable and enjoyable. It would have been nice to have a voucher for breakfast and a be a bit closer to dining. But it is a casino hotel so I'm sure with a few more visits guests would be awarded discounted meals and rooms. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and modern.

The only minor complain is that the arrival and departure bus stop only have one sign. No difference No early breakfast. Coffee was available.:) Did not eat breakfast. But like the grab and go at the cafe.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and nice and the restroom/shower was awesome. The room was big, clean, and comfortable with a really nice bathroom and shower.
