After living here a year I've renewed my lease, so they're doing something right. Sure, I wish my rent was lower, or hadn't been raised. But despite things I've heard from others I haven't had any major issues with neighbors, noise, crime, or maintenance. The staff have been professional and responsive to my few requests, and reasonable to work with. After being there a year I was informed I qualify for an "upgrade": new cabinets and a washer & dryer (which unfortunately will reduce the size of the living room). I admit... read more
I'm completely editing my original review. I just signed my 3rd lease today. They've made a lot of improvements out here over the past year. Very nice laundry facilities, full fitness center, very nice clubhouse, and filled in all of the potholes done by professionals. Sure there's some riff raff out here occasionally but what complex doesn't have that? I always see people walking their dogs or exercising outside which is a strong indicator that this is a safe place to live. I've never had a problem with the office staff. Th... read more
I have lived here 10 yrs and just signed for another yr. I have a beautiful apartment and maintenance takes GREAT care of me as does the staff upstairs! ! ! THANK YOU! . The reason for the 4 is.... I am very disappointed that the pools are never opened on time or like last yr, one was closed most of the season. I pay for this amenity and I hope they plan then to keep the pools open longer than labor day, since they cant seem to open on time. . .
After getting upset and frustrated at the fact that a pipe burst in our apartment I was surprised by how it was handled. At first it seemed as if lake castleton was mad at us, as if it was our fault and was hesitant to give us fair treatment. Then jasmine came in. With this happening we expected lake castleton to drag their feet to help us. All we wanted was someone that understood and cared about what we were going thru. That person was jasmine. I have lived here for 5 months and very quiet and very reasonably priced for this location!!!i would recommend to anyone if your looking for quiet and good price!! And the managers ROCK! Very easy to work with.
