we have black mold in our apartment. it was discovered today after we complain about water leaking into the floor and the too the wall down to check it finally after 5 complaints. This is the second time we have had a mold problem. I am tempted to ask to be let out of the lease because it is not safe to live there right now.

They never have the pool open in summer time and To fixed something in the apartment you have to wait a eternity 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Actually respond to resident complaints. Salt the streets (including parking spots) and sidewalks in a timely manner. It snowed on Saturday, sidewalk in front of my place didn't get salted until Saturday. Residents want their sleep especially when the next day is a work day.

the management and office ataff obviously need a dose of harsh reality.....DO YOU handicapped family members???? PLEASE for the love of god go SOMEWHERE ELSE.....they will put a whellchair indiv. i to a 3 step 1 bed. apt...UNACCEPTABLE

Good luck ever getting a response from them for maintanence requests, emails, or when voicing a complaint in person. They told me to purchase my own internet prior to move in to which they stated that it was internet ready. I tried everything to get it started on my own and with help of a representative. I submitted a maintanence request to ensure that cables were indeed internet ready. The complex is very nice especially with the lake, and the staff are always helpful. I am excited that they are doing more social events like Food Truck Friday’s and the Fall Festival. My only two issues are that maintenance sometimes takes a long time to come fix things and I don’t like that my bill for sewage and water goes up when the pools are drained and refilled.

This apartments have 2 pools and there always close on summer days. Each month there open one week and r close the rest of the season.
