Worst place I have ever lived. I only moved there because my brother lived there years ago and I was transferred for my job. Didn't do my research. Leasing staff was great...only because they want to get you in the door. Business staff could really care less after you sign your lease. On move in day we had roaches...Red flag. They blamed it on the fact that the previous tenant was Asian. Took them two weeks to clear up the bugs. Had several tickets put in for maintenance and yet nothing got fixed. I like the front office staff. They are pleasant people. However, the maintenance seems to be very horrendous.
Love how no matter what number you call you never get a real answer always a voicemail with no response. Shoty maintenance. Don't lock your apartment after an UN authorized enter. Come in the next day when your in the tub. And yell at your dog while its trying to poop. Don't do anything about obnoxious neighbors that yell in the middle of the street all night. Being a model tenant gets you threats against your credit.
They couldn't care less about their tenants. Dog poop everywhere. Security cameras do not work. And parents who let their kids just roam the streets. Not worth the money
