Shady practices. Do not even apply.
I’ve been here 30 days and have already been robbed, and no one in the office was remotely surprised or concerned. Even the police recommended I live elsewhere.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! our washing machine has been broken for over 2 months and after a dozen calls to office management we still have not even gotten a time frame on when someone can even take a look at it. We pay $1,200 a month for a 2 bedroom and have to go to a laundry mat weekly to do laundry.
I have never lived in such in my life! I moved in on 9-18-21, Lease signed 9-17-21 I complained of cigarette smoke smell and was told that a smoke bomb would be set off to get of the smell . I was ask move 9-18-21 to give the bomb a chance to work . I did. 9-18-21 smoke smell still exist. AC not properly working , Shower head missing ( that too was to be done prior to move in) I emailed Kira (spelling of name may be incorrect) all of the above . Deal with the influx of literal MURDERS and ROBBERIES. Hire security to patrol, lower rent due to it being DANGEROUS to live here. And number one thing? Answer. The. Phone. No one EVER answers calls to the office - doesn't matter what time or what day it is. This place is a JOKE. Unsafe. Overpriced. Poor maintenance. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This place is the worst. I've had mold in my apartment for a month . Along w a leak that's I had for 2 months that's cause this ripple of mold in my apartment . Don't move here ! . So gross can't believe I was subjected to this type of rental treatment.

This place has the worst costumer service. After moving in and giving the office my dog’s vaccine records, I was given an eviction notice because I never told them I had a pet. I had to print previous emails to prove that I had submitted everything. My apartment constantly smelled like weed and had drug deals happening and was told there was nothing they could do about it. When calling about a wasp infestation, I was told they would send someone out. After killing up to 20 wasps a day for a week someone finally came out but ... read more
If I could give this apartment complex negative stars I would. We have lived in Lake Castleton for 3 years and they have been horrible since day 1. They “lost” the deposit and threatened eviction if it was not repaid. The water heater is in the most inconvenient place. Literally behind a wall in the closet. Ours caught on fire and luckily it put itself out but we didn’t know this until our bathroom flooded. Sounds dangerous right? Water main breaks at least once a month. Not worth the price. the property has not been kept up. The pool is not open half the time. the toilet seats are ripped off in the pool bathrooms . trash everywhere. patios look a mess... and it takes forever to have a maintenance request completed
