Verified Renter Rent here is a bit high but its worth every penny. Ive lived here for almost 2 years and have zero complaints. Maintenance always comes in a timely matter and they get the work done as quickly as possible. Also, the pool/park/ tennis courts/ gym are clean and the office ladies have also been nice any time ive spoken with them. Lakeside terraces is a nice place to live.
