Verified Renter unfortunately my move in was delayed because the apartment was not ready and upon getting my unit there is still black mold and hair from the last tenant in the shower, the deck has an unsafe soft spot. The new carpet, new counters, and new cabinets are nice but the drywall around them looks awful. This is in a newly upgraded unit.
Rent Goes Up : Outdated : Not Kid Friendly Not Kid Friendly Having a child under the age of 7, you worry about their surrounding constantly. When I toured the property before signing the lease, I didn't see anything alarming. There are lots of bikes on bike racks, so I figured that there would be quite a few kids for her to play with. Stay away Stay away from here they do not fix issues old doors that do not close lock during winter months even when you tell them they Dont fix things walls with no insulation heat bill will be high they need to remodel. People will park in your assigned car port. Non caring office staff.

Looks great on the outside Yes this place looks nice but totally not worth it. Lived there for 15 months...dryer had to be run 3 times each time to dry clothes, washer stunk up your clothes (even used washer cleaner and it didn’t work)....reported it to the office every month and they came out twice and said there was nothing they could do. Shelf in the closet was broken when we moved in and they never fixed it. They have a major skunk and raccoon problem! Unhappy rsident I have lived here for over one year and ever since November 12,2017 my apartment has had a raw sewage smell and I think this is unacceptable but apparently management is fine with this. The apartment manager has sent various plumbers,HVAC technicians, and numerous other vendors to rectify the problem but yet and still the problem still exist. I also continuously receive a bill for my monthly water and sewage usage but I feel why should I pay the full amount of the bill when I am living uncomfortably every day... read more

Way Too Expensive & Very Few Positives Very good location and offers a variety of floor-plans up to 3 bedroom units. However, the fixtures, cabinets, and counter-tops are very outdated and cheap, the walls are paper-thin (I can hear my neighbor sneeze!), and the closets are tiny and offer no extra storage space. Rent goes up significantly every year, and they don't seem to care if you stay or leave.
