Verified Renter Lakeside has the responsibility to reduce rent for it's tenants during this pandemic due to the fact that certain amenities we are paying for are not available to us during this time. Work out room, etc
Verified Renter The only thing that I love about lakeside terrace is the ladies in the office and the lake and nature that comes with the outdoors and the granite counters- the freezer is too small and cant barely put frozen food away either!!!! Its good for an bachelor or bachelorette but not an family!!!! Charge too much for rent and there isnt anything included, meaning utilities!!!!!!
Rent Elsewhere! Seems that my honest reviews get taken down for some reason. Be forewarned on move out. You will get charged for ridiculous things. You most likely will not get your security deposit back, and will most likely owe a large amount on top of that. That happened to me. I didn't even get a chance to dispute before it was sent to collections. That's how a resident of 4 years is treated!

Verified Renter My LOCKED vehicle was stolen right out of the parking lot while I was sleep. This place lacks a lot of security features. No gates, fences, cameras. Also a lot of the apartments features are cheap for the price you pay. Closet doors, doors, appliances.
