Verified Renter Move in process was extremely slow. They told us the day before our scheduled move in day that we were approved. No one told us the only way to pay your move in costs was by cashiers check only! And our bathroom was full of mold when we got our keys!

Vandalism exists here We just moved in a few weeks ago and a few days back I parked in my assigned carport spot for the very first time. The next morning I wake up to my vehicle with a scratch and dent on the drivers door!! I immediately took action, taking photos of my surroundings, filing a police report and notifying Lakeside Terrace staff. To date, the staff has not even emailed me back?? Verified Renter Don’t move to these apartments. Once you are stuck in a lease they could care less about you just your rent money and complying with their mass emails about what they want from you. When you want better service as a resident they are absent or non caring. If would give this apartment 0 stars if I could.
Verified Renter The leasing staff is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of & will mark maintenance orders are completed with nothing done.
Verified Renter Too expensive and poor quality, everything breaks and then doesn’t get fixed. Too many bugs and windows need plastic covers but it’s not allowed so it’s freezing in winter and hot in the summer.
