Verified Renter Lakeside Terrace Apartments is HOME. This is my second time living here. and it's better then before, not that anything needed improving. This is a great place to call home when you don't need or want to own a house. When you come home from a long day at work and the grass is cut, the pool cleaned and your work out room is ready for you, what more do you really need! your home. And for me home is where my heart is, and my heart is here at Lakeside Terrace Apartments.
Verified Renter Lakeside Terraces are conveniently located to major roads making it easy to commute. The apartment staff are friendly and professional. They are quick to plow, shovel my walkway and salt which is greatly appreciated. My apartment living so far has been pleasant. No noisy neighbors. Any issues I've had, have been addressed promptly. Highly recommend.
Lake Side Terrance Stopped to check the place and it was quite nice. The lease agent was very professional and explained every thing to me about the location in great detail. The property was also maintained is a very nice way. Great place to be if looking for apt in the area.
Fine, and convenient living. Here at Lakeside Terrace Apartments, we have a pool and gym at the clubhouse, and we're on the bus line, allowing travel even without a car. My thanks to the Management Team and their staff for superior customer service on everything from a quick repair response time, to working with loyal customers, by a willingness to negotiate rental agreement terms in times of need. It has been an excellent experience, here as it's a safe area patrolled by Sterling Heights Police.
Convienient Living Nice, safe well kept area, on bus route for easy commute. It has a pool, and gym, for a good work-out on those hot summer days a rapid response time on repairs. Professional, courteous, and superior service maintains loyalty, and satisfaction among tenants.

Maintenance team are great My wife and children, move in to the three bedroom two bathrooms and we love it. School district is very good. Walking distance from the mall.
Verified Renter Overall this is a great complex, I love my unit and the view of the lake, love being surrounded by everything I need in the community. I work from home so being comfortable in my home is of major importance. Currently dealing with an issue that is robbing me of that comfort, hoping the problem is solved soon!

Verified Renter The living space is decent, but I would’ve chosen something else after living here for a month now and dealing with pests. No one wants to worry about getting bite and they’re not outside. Life is hard enough.
