Seasonal Service I booked my 2017 Equinox for its second lube, oil, etc, service as well as a full interior and exterior detailing. The work was done in a timely manner and the interior detailing even managed to remove some clothing dye from the driver's seat. The only thing that would have made the visit better is if my vehicle had of been inside for me.
Oil change Didn’t have an appointment for an oil change, But I was in and out faster than I thought I would be.. Very pleasant experience.
Goodbye to an old friend--hello to a new one My very old 2003 van finally packed it in recently. I had it towed to Lakewood where it was ultimately given its final inspection, rendered no longer viable, and then donated it to charity. Carmen Ye hooked me up with a very nice used 2012 Chevrolet Impala. Thank you Carmen!

good people great service Carmen and her manager Dan were great to make a deal with on my new duramax diesel, I bought the truck over the phone with Carmen while I was tied up at work and she made the experience simple, new trucks are worth a lot of money and the little things make it easier to justify. Couple issues with the truck right off the start and both were willing to help and get the issue resolved ASAP. Would recommend this dealership over most others.
