Good experience getting back on the road Linda helped me out when I was in a pinch after my old car broke down. It was a pleasure dealing with her and the other staff at Lakewood. I appreciated the fact that she was very straightforward and honest about what she knew and didn’t know about the car, and that she was willing to belp me find out what I needed. Altogether a very smooth, enjoyable experience.

First oil change I took my new traverse in for its first oil change. I was greeted in a friendly manner and the oil change was done quickly. It’s easy to see that lakewood takes pride in customer satisfaction.
Trailblazer repair I brought my trailblazer in for service as it was making a strange sound. The service department identified the problem and gave me the quote to fix it. They did not pressure me at all for extra services which was nice.
Great experience Had a great experience in getting a new truck. Frendly staff that actually listened to what I want and gave me a selection of different vehicles that I was looking for. Non pressuring salesman. They are not looking for just a sale they are looking for a life time customer! Which is what they just got from me.
I love these guys! I went in and bought my very first car off these guys and honestly I wont be looking further when I get my next one. The owner was there when I bought my car and he treated me like family. I sat down with their finances girl and she was amazing she explained everything to me. Excellent Service, Everytime! This Dealership is Amazing! I purchased my truck from them last 2015 and since then I have been doing the maintenance only at this location. They make sure that my truck is always on top shape after the service. Excellent customer service . Very friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices. I have been in many other dealerships different brands but this was the best as I mentioned the reasons above.
