Excellent service. Great communication Erika was incredibly friendly from drop off to pick up. Called with an update and made sure I was aware of any issues as they arose.
Well looked after From making the appointment to bringing the vehicle in everyone was personable and helpful. Note my wife’s car was bought at another dealership and due to outstanding service all work is done here, my truck is from Lakewood as have been at least 4 other vehicles over the years.
Body Shop I have over the years taken my vehicles GM products to the Body shop for repainting and body work after rear end collisions. In my time as a serious collision investigator I have found that the Body Shop at Lakewood run by a consummate professional Rob Wild and his staff are very accommodating and professional. Battery Replacement Lakewood did a great job replacing my battery at less than half the cost of CT. They also were able to do it without making an appointment.

Great! Efficient and friendly. I called and booked an oil change and they accommodated my schedule. The day of the oil change they got my car in right away and were very friendly. The oil change didn’t take the expected 45 minutes which was a bonus. The waiting area was also nice.
