I felt very well taken care of by them and liked that they took the time to answer all my questions and how they presented excellent service. I have never experienced a place like this. Excellent, friendly service! Josh was extremely friendly, informative, gave excellent information on the vehicle we were looking to purchase. Did not try to upsell us on anything we didn't want nor did he undervalue us as customers (had a few dealerships view us as lower-income customers than we are). Great job Windshield wipers quit in the snowstorm, brought it in to Lakewood and they did an oil change and tire rotation that day and fixed the problem the next day. Great stuff
Great Experience! Had a great experience with Ron the used car sales consultant - only dealership i’ve gone to that I haven’t felt pressured to buy a car! When there was a problem with the car right after purchase they fixed it without question and have just been overall great to deal with! I could have maybe got a little cheaper car at another dealership but I am okay with what I paid due to great service
Warranty paint Fast service, quality service, friendly service! Cleaned inside and outside of vehicle when left for some warranty paint repairs! Wry unexpected for the whole vehicle to be cleaned!
