AMAZING!! Best experience car hunting I ever had! We have been shopping for SUV's before and the experience has left me in tears. When we went to Lakewood Chev in Edmonton the experience was totally different. Everyone was helpful and in 1 afternoon we found the SUV we wanted with all the extra's we were looking for. They listened to our needs, and let us test drive several different SUV's until we knew what one we wanted, and what the difference was with all of them. I was totally impressed with everyone there!
Front End Repair After having a front end event with a vehicle whom encroached upon my lane, as he avoided a red light runner, there was approx 2500.00 dollars worth of replacement parts and labour work to be undertaken. The scheduling of the replacement parts with the auto-body department was seamless which included a windshield replacement through the vehicle service department. Upon completion of this work my vehicle was returned to me in a cleaned and washed condition, far better than when I dropped it off.
Great service My wife Laurie was very impressed and happy with the service. Tracey was very helpful and explained everything in detail. They had our equinox fixed and ready to go in a day and a half. Great job body shop!
Couldn't be happier with the dealership Really appreciate help of Lucky Uppal with getting us new Chevy, we had specific requirements for the car and timelines, and we really love how he handled it. I also have been several times in service since purchased my vehicle, and was surprised by service and friendliness of staff in this dealership, they make you feel like you are dealing with luxury cars dealership.
awesome experience It was a great experience!! For a first time buyer i was concerned about being lied to or "hustled ", but I can with a clear conscience refer lakewood to anyone. I had no issues , i had honesty and upfront real people to deal with . Great service! I went into to Lakewood Chevrolet early april looking to purchase a new vehicle, and I was extremely torn on what I wanted. My car salesman Joel Evans was very patient with my back and forth questions and test drives. The dealership even let me take a equinox & traverse for a combined total of 2 days to help my decided which one I wanted. Everyone that I dealt with at the dealership was very understanding and helpful! I would highly recommend Joel & Lakewood Chevrolet.
