Awesome experience. We started to look for our new car on the Lakewood Chevrolet website and Linda poped up for us to help with great suggestions, she was very helpful , very professional and very wellcome to answer any question at any time, even at her home time. And when we came at the dealership she was there for us with her nice simile and great ideas. Everyone we have meet there too was so nice and ready to help us. It is a wonderful experience .
Good experience I took my vehicle in to be serviced at Lakewood. They were prompt at checking me in and the shuttle driver was great. Unfortunately, the car was not finished by the end of the work day but James quickly arranged for a loaner car and I was on my way without hassle. My car was repaired the next day and the pick up was quick and easy.

I like these people Sometimes we have to find an agreement on expectations. But we always end up 👍🏻 ok, we all want the best of work completed even if it takes another try.
Erika and the team are amazing!!! My car was doing weird things and I was very stressed out. It was not drivable and I had places to be, one phone call to Erika and Cory alleviated all my concerns. In addition, they organized everything by taking care of the vehicle repair as well as a replacement car. They have made me a very happy customer, and definitely delivered on that customer service! Great job guys!
