Outstanding Service and Value We came into Lakewood after looking at a Ford F150. We thought that we were going to purchase the Ford but should check out Chev just to see (we really didn't think they could beat the deal Ford had offered us). Talk about being blown away! Quick, Friendly, and Efficient Service We bought a used car. It was a very quick and efficient interaction. I found the car listed on auto trader, I was sent the car proof and AMVIC reports via e-mail, we negotiated a fair price, I booked an appointment, I came in and had the pleasure of meeting Carmen, went for a test drive, and paid for the car and left. Headlight bulb replacement Very helpful, timely and reasonably priced! I was visiting from out of town for Christmas and the crew was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 39 minutes.
Great! The people in the dealership were very nice. They let made timely and consistent follow ups on a vehicle inquiry I made on their website. Kelsey gave us a walk through the vehicle features and explained each feature in detail. She made consistent follow ups to make sure all my concerns are taken cared of. Good experience The experience was great ! I don't like this part where I half to use 25 words or more with dealership is good but I really don't like this part because I don't really have anything more to say
Exceptional service Kelsey was excellent to deal with. She was professional and very prompt on answer questions and returning calls, texts and email. She went of her way and drove out to the airport to pick us up and had all the paper work in order when we got to the dealership. The transaction had one small glitch (not of the fault of Kelsey) but it was quickly settled and we can't thank you all enough for the great effort you put into our purchase. Would recommend Lakewood to anybody looking to buy a new vehicle.
