Service Department is the best I have dealt with Erika in the service department for 8 years. She has always dealt with me honestly and took interest in my vehicles maintenance. I find all the staff to be friendly and genuine in their dealings with all of their customers.
Fantastic service! Called them on December 22 just after 1 PM to see if I could obtain an oil change and they checked with the shop and asked how quickly could I be ther and by 2 my vehicle was in getting its oil change and was on my way by 2:40! Quick, efficient and cost effective! Always find their service advisors are friendly and helpful!
Awesome Service at Lakewood! I went in for an oil change on one of the coldest days in December (-38). I was greeted immediately by the friendly personnel in the service department. My vehicle was taken in and just over an hour was ready and brought back into the breezeway where I was able to drive it away in warmth . Thanks James and to all the service department for always taking such good care of me!
Awesome I would like to say that I received excellent service from James at the Lake wood Chevrolet. I went in for my regular service and James was knowledgeable and prompt in assisting me.
Genuine staff I have been dealing with the folks at Lakewood for almost a year now and have found them to be honest and genuine. The service bay is set up with staff members that tend to deal with you time after time. They recognize your face when you walk in and seem concerned about the well being of your vehicle. Outstanding Service and Value We came into Lakewood after looking at a Ford F150. We thought that we were going to purchase the Ford but should check out Chev just to see (we really didn't think they could beat the deal Ford had offered us). Talk about being blown away! Josh and Dan treated us like family and with the utmost respect. Quick, Friendly, and Efficient Service We bought a used car. It was a very quick and efficient interaction. I found the car listed on auto trader, I was sent the car proof and AMVIC reports via e-mail, we negotiated a fair price, I booked an appointment, I came in and had the pleasure of meeting Carmen, went for a test drive, and paid for the car and left.
