Suburban serviced I called last week to book an appointment to have our suburban serviced and cleaned, the cleaning was a follow touch up from a detail we had in the summer. I also needed lung nuts for my winter tire rims because I didn’t have the lug nut key. I had to drive in from Fort Mac. After arriving and booking my vehicle in the shuttle took me to my hotel. Service & Oil Change Staff were very helpful, professional and took the time to answer my questions. The wait wasn’t long either. The overall experience was a very good one.
Best experience I’ve had in years This was the best no pressure sales and finance experience I’ve had in years . Manita and Raj were very polite and knowledgeable. I was in and out of the dealership in no time. Vehicle was extremely clean and ready to go when promised.
Everyone was more than competent and very friendly. I went in looking for a vehicle to replace my old car which had broken down. My visit was more by accident than design as my brother had misremembered the location of a Nissan dealership. We went in to Lakewood just because they were right there. They had exactly the vehicle I wanted at a very good price. They were friendly and efficient. I could not ask for more.
Great service The service man that looks after me is very loyal give me good recommendations for my truck and reminds me of my next service and keep everything updated
Was very good for oil change This time the expedite was very positive. I had an appointment for 1:00pm. Showed up at 11:30 and they were able to d the service quickly for me. Advisor was very polite and courteous.

Quick painless repairs. Lakewood had my truck booked in for repairs in a matter of days and finished exactly when they said they would be. There were no unanticipated problems, and they helped me with my rental car arrangements. Great service!
