Happy customer I have been to this dealership since 2013 and completely satisfied. The service department and sales were great. I wouldn't buy a vehicle anywhere else. They don't pressure you to buy something and answer all questions. The service department also go top notch with any concerns. Everyone is friendly and accommodating.
Professionals at work Mr. Uppal could not do enough for us. There were no unanswered questions and all explanations were thorough and easily understood. He not only sold but performed other tasks, e.g. registration, for us. For Chinese Auction players Lucky would be known as a "keeper" All communication with other employees was equally pleasant and informative. Lakewood gets my vote as #1.

Awesome dealership This is my first time dealing with Lakewood. I called around to a few dealership looking for a suburban. The first time I called and asked for a sales person I got transferred to Vince let me just say it got so easy after that. When I got off the phone with Vince I booked a plane ticket right away. it was so welcoming when I got there. Erin in finance was so easy to deal with too. Now I know why they got dealer of the year. Just buy a vehicle there and you will know why too.
Recall issues. I brought my 2016 Corvette in to fix 2 recall issues. James Logozar was my service representative. He took my information promptly. My issues were fixed in a very reasonable length of time. I was very happy with the service and will be back in the future. I was very impressed with James. He took a genuine interest in making sure the work was done right and the customer was happy.
Best service in Edmonton I just moved here from Miami and finding a dealer that can service my 2016 GMC Canyon Diesel was pretty hard. I tried two other dealers for service , (very close to Lakelwood);but they had problems reading my GMC warranty because my truck was from the "States". Whatever that means.
