Fair, mistakes were honestly corrected, recommended I had seen Vince a few times over about a year and a half while considering a few cars and trucks. He was very helpful and patient. I feel like I got reasonable value for my trade in with the sale manager and fair good pricing on upgrading some accessories. Financing was straight forward and not pushy. That's what car buying expereince should be! I bought a 2016 Corvette this past weekend and couldn't be happier with my purchase! I found it on Autotrader which checked all my boxes. Avalanche service I feel many service stations over charge and talk down to a female. I was told by a service station that my Avalanche needed over $2,000 in repairs. Lakewood fixed the problem for less than $1,000.00. They also fixed a couple of small problems for no cost. When I got home my side mirrors were not working and James helped me get them going over the phone! I cannot say enough about the confidence I have at this service department. Thank you!
