Although they had the vehicle that I was interested in, it was the customer service that sealed the deal with me. I was impressed with the quality and quantity of attention that I received by both the sales person (Don Nault) and the finance person (Delrae Kochan). At no point in my experience did I wonder about whether or not I was just another statistic in their month end bottom line. Thought it was an okay dealership. Till they over charged us almost $4000 in warranty that we said no to multiple times!! They are money grabs who don’t actually care about their customers!

are you looking to waste thousands of a dollars for vehicle that didn’t pass inspection? only for you to keep having to pay to get it fixed even though you got extended warranty? do you like having your vehicle without proper working headlights? how about no air conditioning and rusted out catalytic converter? do you like to book for an oil change and have your car get a 3 hr inspection instead? if so this is the place for you! LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

I brought my truck in for service for an engine light and rough running .Jaimee Scully checked it in and told me they would call when they found anything. got a call a few hours later and the tech said it was the injectors but he was going to do some more digging. I get a call from jaimee a few hours later and they suggest I change all 8 injectors i agreed and asked her to send me the quote for the work to my email. two days go by and no quote so i call and get her voice mail and tell her i have not received the quote . 2 da... read more

Purchased a used vehicle from the dealership and with less then a week it was in the shop because the vehicle wouldn't start. They took more then a week to find a get a answer from the warranty company and then another week to get parts and fix the vehicle or so i thought but it wasn't fixed after all because now i have a blown head gasket that should have been caught but wasn't till now. I saw a used Volvo advertised by them on CarGuru and although it needed repairs it was nothing I couldn't handle. Their ad also listed an amount for delivery. I rang them up and told them I'd take it for the price listed. They tried to slap on a $597.00 "documentation fee", $6.25 "admin fee", and $299.00 "security transfer". Now I don't blame the salesperson, Tatum, for this; she sounded quite young and inexperienced and it's conceivable that she was just doing as told. Was contacted about a vehicle model I had previously inquired about becoming available. They sure were quick to run my credit but have yet to contact me back regarding if I was approved or not, or offer any other suggestions. Even after reaching out to the salesman I was dealing with about no contact, I still haven’t heard a word! Regardless of if I was approved or not, they should have let me know. they ran my credit on October 2nd 2024, today is October 18th 2024 and have not heard a thing! Not good communication at all.
