I wish I could put zero here for the pathetic service received by Jamie. It’s has been such a chaotic and stressing 10 days. Took the car to Lakewood service on1st august due to few different issues. Since it was my first time at Lakewood I wish somebody would hv told me to stay away from the service advisor Jamie. I was never explained the costs of repair before starting. Overall experience was terrible. Communications was very poor. Couldn't get ahold of people. Did not return my calls. Service done was not explained. The overlay on billing was bad. Voiced my concerns but no response. Will defiantly not be recommending this place.

Brought in my 2003 Chevrolet Express 2500 to get serviced at this location. I came into get oil change, transmission fluid change, and coolant flush. I get charged for just looking at my a/c to find what is wrong which makes no sense. What I got quoted on the phone was different from what I received. There were extra charges that I didn’t agree to. There was a problem when I took the vehicle home. not everyone wants to exchange phone numbers and a good sales person should know the KM's and Price of every used car with out the use of their phone! if you cant access your own information when asked that's sad! I've been to the dealership 2 time spent a total of 1 hour trying to get the price on two used trucks and still don't know thats pathetic! Called Brenda to get my 2022 Equinox back into their shop. The brakes are now locking up after they did an inspection along with a changeover on my winter tires to summer. I was told that they can look at it in a week or so (June 14th) as they are booked solid. This is disappointing as I will have to bring it to another location to get repaired as it is a safety concern. The car was fine until I brought it in.......... I am going to avoid Lakewood Chev from now on. Have never had great service here.
I am not happy with lakewood service department. I was charge $680.00 dollars for a transmission updated. That wasn't the problem with my truck. I took it to sherwood chevrolet and they changed 2 module in the transmission for free. When I called back the service or service manager said nothing. I wouldn't buy another vehicle from them. Very unprofessional.
Purchased a Chevy Silverado in 2018. Also purchased an extended warranty on the vehicle. This transaction was made in November of 2018. I just went in today to get a full check up, ahead of when my 5 year warranty would have been up and they post dated my warranty to April, but did not disclose this information to me at the time of purchase. This place is a joke and it’s run by crooks. I would recommend buying your trucks or any other vehicular elsewhere.
I took my 2018 high country diesel truck in due to not having trailer brakes at either the bumper 7 pin or the box 7 pin trailer connectors. I’ve had the trailer braking controller changed out on warranty and I was worried that Module had failed again. I explained this to the service person I spoke with (Jamie) and was booked in. They had my truck for the day and called me in to pick it up with the explanation of “you need to change the 7 pin bumper connector”. Everything thing was great here until I bought my truck. My truck never came with a block heater cord!! So I reached out to them about it right away and they said they would order me one. A month and a bit went by and nothing. So I want into the dealer to see if they had it yet. And they said it was never ordered and I said I needed one being that it’s winter.
