I purchase a Silverado 2500 in April 2021 and I pick it up in May 2021, the purchase went on without issue, the sales service was excellent. Just as a note, I live about 1 hour from the dealer, so shuttle does not work and going 2 cars does not make sense, meaning that i wait for my truck on site. Not happy! Truck has 36,000 km is a 2019 Chev diesel. Low coolant sensor in coolant tank needed replacement which is a problem in those vehicles. Had it in for another recall, told them the low coolant issue, they ran a diagnostic test (I’m a licensed mechanic) I had told them the issue already. They charged me for the diagnostic test. I feel that that should be a recall issue. My nephews had 70,000 km on it and was covered at a different dealer. My business will go elsewhere from now on.
I was told to go to the dealer to program my transmission sonic 2014 to get started but nothing happened after paying 200 Cad, they asked more 400 to assess the starting issues, not a single feedback what is wrong with my car, I just lost towing and 200.
I noticed my car's brake lights were always on. Suspected it was brake sensors because it was hard to get it out of park. Took it in and they confirmed my suspicions. Cost me $200 too! Got booked in the next day(because the diagnostic took all day), they call in the afternoon to tell me they accidentally ordered the wrong part. How does that even happen? It finally got fixed Friday afternoon. I absolutely appreciate the effort but likely lost a customer. Not impressed.

The worst service and same issue within a week without care about wasting clients time. The new car got issue after 6 month and since year and half, it is serviced 4 times for 2 major issue.
