I had worst experience with this dealer. I won’t recommend dealer to anyone who is looking to buy used car. These guys are neither trustworthy nor transparent.

Dealership was unwilling to work with me at first and was giving me ridiculously low trade in value for my vehicle. It took me getting a bit mad and upset at them in order for them to actually work with me and give me a deal on a new vehicle that was actually fair. I felt pressured a lot of the time in the deal and Woodson stop getting calls from them. Overall, I was not impressed with the service at all and did not like how I was pressured through the stages of the deal.
3 water pumps plus other parts in 6 years - exactly 2 years apart - never again to go back there. On 3rd I went elsewhere. was told that was very strange to replace water pump every 2 years. The car has under 120 ,000 km. would I go back to complain NO tried that when I was given 400dollar estimate for a light bulb on my gear shift ( went to Toyota and was replaced for under 200. Bought my SVU in April (bought CPP plan and the extended warranty... when I bought ut I was promised (free cleaning, missing key and my sunglasses holder fixed) in June started to have transmission issues so I requested at the beginning of June. I purchases a brand new 2023 Chevrolet Blazer (July 17, 2023). When I went to pick up the car there were a few minor scratches on the car, at this point the car salesman said I could take the car and bring it back in a few weeks to have the scratches repaired. I've been coming to the dealer for all my service needs for going on 30 years. In all that time, this is the first time my service needs were not met. On my last visit for an oil change, I was informed that both lower control arms needed replacing and a CV boot was split. Considering my vehicle was pushing 175,000 km's, that's not unusual. I gave my verbal consent to do the needed repairs.
