Routine oil change Was in for service on my 2005 Equinox. Service performed was oil change and replacing wiper blades. Dwayne Lucas always advises of service needed. He is very pleasant and I trust his. Expertise.
Excellent service As per usual with Dwayne, excellent service. There’s no one else I would trust with my vehicle which is saying no a lot when I work at a dealership. Took the time to explain why things happened and ensured they were fixed. Also happy to see the sales managers keep up with customers and make sure they are happy! Excellent Service Had warranty work done, and was very happy with the outcome. Phone, took my car in the same day, had a rental ready for me, received a call the next morning with an update on my car. Picked my car up the next day at noon. Excellent Experience All the staff were friendly and helpful. They bent over backwards to get us a good deal on our new Chevy Silverado. All dealings with our salesman Ron Koehler and the sales manager Dan Bass were enjoyable and professional. Also Eddy Tohme in finance was efficient and "no pressure". All together a positive experience.
It was a wonderful experience to be taking care of. It was my very first time that I walked to a dealership. I did not feel the pressures of someone roaming on me. Ted first saw me (as I saw him) and acknowledging my presence. As with any salesman he decided to give me space instead of pouncing on me ( which giving me time to look around).
