Service Department Very happy with the service at Lakewood Chev. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We always wait for an oil change and waiting time is not super long.
Very pleasant and very helpful. I was very impressed with Josh Lee and everyone else I was in contact with. All my questions were dealt with and all the information I got was much appreciated. Also, it was so nice of the gentleman who went down the street to do the vehicle registration for me. Wonderful!! Sorry, I can't remember his name. I'm glad that I bought my car from you folks. It was a pleasant and comfortable experience. As for the following list of names, I can't remember all that I should.
Service Received service in Buick Enclave. Friendly courteous service. Waited for vehicle in waiting area. Found other employees of Lakewood friendly while I waited for vehicle.

Good Service I have had my GM vehicles service by Lakewood for over ten years, and have never been disappointed. The service contacts all have been very professional and courteous. When it comes time to replace my current GM truck I will likely to be purchasing from Lakewood knowing the service department has been very consistent in the past.
Overall Great Experience Great experience overall, with the exception of the pressured finance upsell of the insurance product that I did not want. Very friendly staff were a pleasure to do business with.
